Merry Christmas to all
This was a weird one for sure but not bad in any way other than the pending divorce and global pandemic. Great to see everyone and I even dodged the first big snowstorm in Saint Paul so that’s a nice little gift out of nowhere. We’re it not for the death flue this might have been a perfect holiday.
I got to see my friends Wednesday night and poor choices were made involving fireball and beer. I felt like Luke warm garbage soup most of yesterday but the fun was worth the pain. I do so love laughing with that collection of humans. The group wasn’t fully assembled but the ever present plague was mostly to blame.
Eve was great as I continued my permanent guest status at my brothers once again. My family cracks me up and I always have a good time when they’re around. Next year I’m going to figure out different lodgings because that has been far and away the strangest part of this trip. Nothing that my hostess has done. I’m pretty sure it’s all in my own broken coconut.
The fix will be to spread my guest status around multiple locations. It’s hard to wear out your welcome if you’re always on the move. I will be Holiday Yasser Arafat. I hope you all had great holidays.
