ccccold
It is bitterass cold here right now which is one of the best times of year for a fan of tertiary market local news. All of the tricks come out and I couldn't be happier. Blowing a soap bubble to watch it freeze, flinging boiling water into the frigid air to watch it turn into instant snow, or a cloud, depending on the anchor doing the commentating. So good. There is a station here that makes their weather people dress in studio as if they were outside. Its usually on the morning shows so my only shot at watching live flop sweat is the weekend so if I see it happening I'll take a picture.
In other news news, I'm losing some of my favorites. The really big dude that was on my hotel TV early mornings has was gone when I first moved here but I understand he might be back on the air. Gigantic humans are underrepresented in mainstream media so this is a step back in societal evolution but I digress. The greatest name I had ever seen on screen, Sven Sundgaard, is no longer on my airwaves and I think he left in a cloud of social media controversy.
So cold in fact that my from afar ant-farm homeless encampment along the river is gone. Hopefully people much better than I am talked those hearty folks into heated indoor shelter. I'm not going to dig too deep into this situation in case there is some mystery involved. I don't think I could handle a modern day Roanoke Island incident.
You really need to zoom in but trust me they have fled the frozen scene
